Our home visit program is designed to allow seniors to access the healthcare that they need from the safety and comfort of their own home.
Primary Care for patients 65+ including routine physicals, vaccines, preventative health screenings (eye & hearing exams), therapy referrals, orders for DMEs (assistive devices: walkers, canes, wheelchairs, hospital beds, etc.).

Chronic Disease Management including respiratory, cardiac, musculoskeletal disorders, and many other chronic conditions
Sick Care for common viral/bacterial infections including respiratory, urinary tract infections, rashes, flu symptoms, vomiting, diarrhea, wound care, sprain, and strain related to fall or injury.

Home visits for Seniors COVID-19 Safety Protocol 

  • At EG Healthcare, Safety is our number 1 priority. Our staff is required to follow a strict protocol to ensure that both patient and medical provider are fully protected against COVID-19 and other harmful pathogens. This includes the following:
  • All appointment calls are screened for COVID-19 symptoms. It will be determined whether a telehealth visit or a home visit is necessary.
  • Hand washing and/or use of hand sanitizer before and after every home visit
  • The use of PPE (mask, eye shield, gloves, gown) before entering the home of a patient who has COVID-19 symptoms
  • maintain 6 feet apart unless contact is necessary such as, during an examination or diagnostic testing
  • All medical equipment is sanitized before and after each use between home visits
  • All medical staff undergo routine testing to ensure their safety as well as the safety of their patients
