Born and raised on Staten Island has dedicated her nursing career to caring for the Staten Island community. After working seven years as a Registered Nurse at Bayley Seton Hospital, she decided to return to school to pursue dreams of becoming a Nurse Practitioner
Graduated Hunter college Master of Science in Nursing with honors in 1999: Certified by the ANCC as an Adult Nurse Practitioner
Nurse Practitioner career expanding more than twenty-five years. Experiences include providing health care services at a large family practice in Bensonhurst Brooklyn managing patients with a multitude of chronic illnesses. The last twenty-one years have been overseeing care of team members at Staten Island University Hospital both North and Princes Bay sites. Additional NP work include managing patients on long term anticoagulants at SIUH anticoagulation center- Acknowledged as a Center of Excellence for anticoagulation management.
Nurse Practitioner teaching opportunities include Adjunct faculty member at Pace University School of Nursing; 2020 Adjunct faculty member for the spring semester AGNP program at College of Staten Island.
Presently she am pursuing a degree in the Doctoral Nurse Program at CSI with an anticipated graduation date of 2026.
Community Services include active member of the SIUH Service auxiliary engaging in food drives for Project Hospitality, toy drive for pediatric cancer patients, and fundraising efforts for pediatric cancer as well as adolescence mental health services
In my free time she love spending time with my family, hiking and skiing.
